1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using More App ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and More App.

2. Description of Service

More App is an AI-powered platform that provides personalized income opportunity recommendations, task management tools, and planning features to help users discover and pursue additional income streams. The Service includes AI-generated recommendations, which are suggestions based on information you provide and should not be considered financial or professional advice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Tiers

4.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial of paid features. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by More App and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations and content. You acknowledge that:

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORE APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located within the United States.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
